Frame

The handles are damaged, can I replace these?

This repair can only be carried out using a rivet gun. If you are not so handy then you can contact us via info@easywalker.nl and we will help you further.

Can I order a new carrying strap?

Where can I find the serial number and batch number?

You can find the serial and batch number on a white sticker on the bottom of the frame.

Seat

The harness is damaged/lost. Where can I order a replacement?

Can I wash the seat fabric/Inlay?

I am unable to change the seating positions, what can I do?

In order to find a solution please contact us directly via info@easywalker.nl. Please include your serial and batch number. Both can be found on a white sticker at the bottom of your frame. We would also like to receive a copy of your purchase receipt.

Sun canopy

I would like to purchase a new sun canopy.

The sun canopy is bent. What can I do about this?

This usually happens when the buggy is folded before the sun canopy is folded. Make sure that you first fold the sun canopy and then fold the buggy. Unfortunately this can’t be repaired. Please contact us to order a new sun canopy via info@easywalker.nl.

Can I wash the sun canopy?

The sun canopy of the stroller can not be washed in the washing machine. You can wash it by hand with detergent for delicate fabrics. Please be careful that the whalebones are not bended since they are made of plastic and could easily deform.

Does the sun canopy protect against UV radiation?

Yes, all sun canopy’s have a UPF 50+ filter

Wheels

The brake does not work anymore, can this be repaired?

The wheels require maintanance. You will have to lubricate the wheels and brake system with White Grease once in a while. If the brake is not responding at all then the quickest and easiest solution is to replace the rear wheels and brake system. To purchase this article please contact us via info@easywalker.nl

The brake rod is bent, can I bend it back?

If the rod very slightly bent, try to bend it back. If this fails then the quickest and easiest solution is to replace the rear wheels and brake system. To purchase this article please contact us via info@easywalker.nl

The wheels are squeaking, how can I solve this?

You can spray the wheels with „White Grease.“ Follow the instructions in the video (https://youtu.be/vqwt-NED7Hg). White Grease can be purchased in any hardwarestore.

What is the maximum weight that I can transport in the shopping basket?

The maximum weight you can transport in the shopping basket is 5 kg.

Which car seat adapter do I need?

For the Easywalker Buggy+ there is no car seat adapter. Please do not use any adapters on this product, these have not been tested!

I want to buy accessories for my Easywalker product. Where can I do that?
